3. Performance Guarantee & Refund Policy

3.1 Money-Back Guarantee

Eligibility criteria include minimum performance benchmarks and compliance with our service requirements.

• Minimum 50% of promised growth metrics within 90 days
• Minimum engagement rate of 2%
• Delivery of agreed content volume

Conditions for Refund

• Client must provide required account access
• Content approvals within 48 hours
• No unauthorized account changes
• Refund request within 100 days

Maximum Refund: 50% of total fees paid (excluding setup costs)

3.2 Exclusions

• Third-party subscriptions

4. Payment Terms

• Monthly billing in advance
• GST @18% applicable
• Late fee of 2% per month
• Service suspension after 7 days of non-payment

5. Client Responsibilities

• Compliance with laws and regulations

6. Intellectual Property

All content created becomes client property after full payment. Dot TechMantra retains rights to templates, strategies, and portfolio display.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of business and client information.

8. Limitation of Liability

Maximum liability shall not exceed fees paid in the preceding three months.

9. Termination

• 15 days written notice required
• No refunds for current billing cycle

10. Dispute Resolution

Governing law: India. Arbitration jurisdiction: Client city.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms with 30 days prior notice.

We do not guarantee specific results due to market and platform variables.
